1- Give your motivational suggestions and complaints regarding the quality of food, taste, cleanliness etc and service to the organization (including HWP ID) must be given.
2- Give a star rating based on taste, cleanliness and quality so that the housewives/ sisters will be motivate to be proficient in cooking.
3- Make a Special Requests 1 day in advance, the payment of the request will be payable only according to 'Diet rate and menu list'. If the request is different from the menu list, there will be additional payment but insistence is not binding.
4- The responsibility of protecting the personal information of all customers will be the organization's top priority.
5- Amendment in the said rule and other rules are recommended by the organization on advance notice.
6- The decision of the organization on the factor / and reason for the cognizable dispute will be final.
