Refund Policy
Payment by the Customers
Customers shall have the option to make payment for their Orders on the R&R Tech URL (through various available modes viz. credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI) or through cash on delivery mode directly to The Delivery Partner (in behalf of 'R&R Tech Solution'). These payment modes will be decided and modified by R&R Tech from time to time. R&R Tech has the right to use only selective payment methods.
Refund policy
We at R&R Tech Solution support the following payment options.
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
There is no hidden charge. You only pay the amount that you see in your order summary at check out. If you notice a charge on your credit/debit card for purchases, but you have never created an account or signed up, please contact your family members or associates authorized to make purchases on your behalf . If you are still unable to identify the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please email us at utechsolution20@gmail.com
In case of payment failure, please try again to ensure: The information provided to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. Account Details, Billing Address, Password (for Net Banking), etc. Please also check if your internet connection has been interrupted during this process.
If your account is debited after a payment failure, it is normally returned to your account within 7 business days. For any clarification you can email us at utechsolution20@gmail.com with your order number.
Cancellation Policy
We accept all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping slot (2 hours). Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds. We refund all payments made for placed orders in the form of store credit, which can be used by customers for future purchases. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the Terms of Use of the Website, we are at our sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be debarred from future use of the site or purchase of products.
